Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Alumknits purchase! But if something’s not quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 20 days of your order date.
- Final Sale items (see below) are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at returns@alumknits.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) in the original packaging when possible.
- A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Only purchases made directly through www.alumknits.com are eligible for return or exchange. Items bought through other retailers must be returned to the original store.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 14–21 business days for processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any rewards or discounts used at checkout will not be reinstated or transferred to a future order.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange the same style, while supplies last. Email returns@alumknits.com and we’ll take care of you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked down by 50% or more are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Discount Policy
- Promo codes and rewards cannot be combined with other offers.
- Rewards points or discounts are single-use and cannot be reused if an item is returned.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship via UPS or USPS for all domestic orders.
U.S. Shipping
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days
- Free Ground Shipping on U.S. orders
International Shipping
Canada:
- Ships within 3–5 business days
- $45 flat rate shipping
Other International Destinations:
- Ships within 3–8 business days
- $55 flat rate shipping
- We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on customs clearance
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees required by their country’s customs office. These charges are not included in checkout totals.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
